1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CREW platform and related services ("Service"), operated by UMAMI PROJECTS W.L.L(Commercial Registration No. 187820), Kingdom of Bahrain ("CREW", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
CREW provides restaurants with AI-assisted tools to take and manage customer orders across channels, including web, in-app, and WhatsApp / Meta messaging. Features, employees, and integrations may change, launch, or be withdrawn over time.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the restaurant you register.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the Service lawfully and in line with Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and policies.
- Ensure your menu, pricing, hours, and order fulfilment information are accurate, and that you can fulfil the orders you accept.
- Provide appropriate notice to your customers about how their data is handled, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the Service.
5. Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For your customers' personal data, you are the data controller and CREW acts as your processor.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as a subscription as described at sign-up or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example Meta / WhatsApp, Anthropic, Supabase, and payment providers). Your use of those channels is also subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.
8. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CREW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
